Refund & Returns Policy

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, contact us at +88 0133 214 3065 or [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, please inspect it on delivery and follow the process below.

Inspecting your delivery

Please check your items at the time of delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or different from what you ordered, report it to us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Returns (7 days)

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging
• You need proof of purchase (order number or receipt) — found in your account under "My Orders"
• Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect when delivered

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been installed, connected or used
• Custom-ordered items and special imports
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse, incorrect wiring or unauthorized modification
• Earthing, cabling and consumables once opened

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 working days via bKash, bank transfer or another agreed method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are sent to the number or account you provide.

Warranty claims (after 7 days)

After the return window, product issues are covered by the official manufacturer warranty. We facilitate the process for you:

• Contact us with your order number and a description (photos or a short video help a lot)
• We check the product with the brand's service center and arrange repair or replacement under warranty
• Installation workmanship issues are covered under our workmanship warranty as per your project agreement
